There are a number of well documented issues with resolver, they regularly use incorrect email addresses when ‘sending’ your complaint and the information often comes through incorrect (dates of birth and address not showing properly or just completely wrong) meaning the company cannot safely verify you as a customer.
Seriously no big conspiracy, especially as delays mean increase stat interest payouts if they have to uphold the complaint!
