Hi
I was basically relying on payday loans to live day to day. I eventually told m6 family who cleared them for me. Which I I guess was luck6 for me. This was around 6 years ago and I’m not sure how to find out who they were with and amounts.
Does anyone know how I would find this out?
Thanks0 -
Either your own records, memory, or credit files.0

Hi,
Just wondered if someone can help? I had payday loans from quick quid in 2009/2010 and paid a lot back. I have gone through resolver to make a claim as my affordability wasn’t checked and I couldn’t afford it which put me behind on lots of primary bills. The response has come back that they would like to see bank statements and wage slips from then. Maybe I am not the only one but I don’t have any of these now. Do they have to have this? Thanks you0 -
Thank you.
Am I best using resolver as I’m unsure your what to put in the email. I have suffered with my mental health for over 10years and ending up losing my home as a result as I was trying to cover the cost of these rather than my rent0 -
They don't have to, but it obviously helps support your case if you can provide them.0

I have changed my bank since then very difficult to get the statements !0

Just been on the phone to them now and they say they store statements for 7 years but should have all my information on ‘datafilm’ for Every! Ten pounds to get all the info but probably worth it. thanks for your help.0

Just started my process in the last couple weeks using Resolver. First thing to note, most of the lenders I am making a complaint to are replying saying they can only respond to the registered email address they hold on the account. Seems like delay tactics sadly. I will post updates.0
