Declaring for November with shameful £697.77. So over by £72.77. We do have full freezers, fridge and cupboards going into December due to timely offers. I was feeling off colour when we did the shopping so I also miscalculated some stock cupboard items and doubled up. I'm blaming my lame brain and will do better in December.
Well done everyone coming under and thank you for the thread. See you in December! X0 -
Spent £7.90 today.
One red pepper, 2 large mangoes, 365g easy peelers, lentil sprout mix, 1 litre organic whole milk, 250g double Gloucester cheese, 800g bread and a meat feast pizza.
So that means I can declare our total
£197.28/£200.
£2.72 left over.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy0 -
Just added up my final spends and I’m 75 pence over - so close!

My final November total was a profligate £143.69 / £125 - due to getting excited in supermarkets in the last three or so days! I think I will do a proper shopping list and see if I can use the car tomorrow (and leave baby with DH) and see how much I can get in Aldi / Lidl. I'm enjoying this thread - really useful to help us keep track and motivating seeing how well everyone else is doing!Nov 18 Grocery Challenge (started 15.11.18 - target is half a month) £143.69/£125 -overspend £18.69
Dec 18 Grocery Challenge (started 1.12.18) £148.57 /£2500 -

Snap, I'm doing the same and think I can probably shave £5pw off. It's not much I know but it's better than upping by £5pw!
I don't seem to have checked in for a while (real life and all that) but I have been reading along and am impressed by how well everyone seems to be doing. If you've gone a little bit over then commiserations. Sadly, I'm one of them this monthand am declaring at £29.87 over.
Everything was going so well until last week when I had a Sainsbobs delivery - a large one - but it was definitely needed as stocks were well down and I'd got to the point of needing to replenish a lot of store cupboard items. Not all bad though as I shouldn't need to spend much next month as there's a goodly stash of hm ready meals in the freezer as well as full cupboards. I think I'll claw back the overspend from my December budget.Be kind to others and to yourself too.0 -
Ended up getting my Dad to yet me some fruit and marzipan for doing a Christmas cake, from Aldi. i already have icing. So spent £8.04.
So total spends for the month is £200.33:T

November total (not very accurate, OH has a debit card that often doesn't work so forgets to tell me what he spent on his other account) £576. Still an awful lot but a lot less than it has been (if you can believe that).
Now, that C********* thing... that's going to make December tricky...0 -
November I lost track completely due to illness in family, and simply being disorganised...I know Ive gone well over what I hoped so I am logging it as approx £425.. well above what I had planned. Onwards to December!0
