You really must read these articles properly.
    Quoted from that article ...

"The DVLA suspended OPC from accessing drivers’ details electronically, as the BPA carried out an investigation into the firm but just 44 days later, the trade body gave OPC a clean bill of health and the DVLA lifted the suspension."

    That isn't my article.:D

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/01/04/company-director-fined-inventing-road-accident-trace-private/
The director of an accident claims company has been fined after inventing a road accident in a bid to trace the owner of a private number plate that he wanted to buy.

Miles Savory, a director at Accident Claims Handlers Ltd in Bristol, filed official documents to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) claiming that he had been involved in a collision and needed the identity of the car owner.

You really must read the right links provided.:rotfl:

That allowed OPC to obtain the drivers’ details of 1,120 vehicles it claimed to have caught parking illegally during its suspension

couldn't make it up if you tried

Best for you to give up now. This thread is about giving
    data to unregulated companies

Happy to keep replying because it keeps this thread at
the top so others can understand
Be it a 6 year old story, nothing has changed with the
BPA ..... UKPC is a more recent story

Please leave that ENTER key alone. I don't believe that it's NOT you doing this ... why? Just look at post #41 - you copy/pasted that long line of text from somewhere, and it doesn't follow the style of text you manually type in - it fills the width of the forum.

I know we complain about people posting walls of text, but this style is equally annoying.
