When I wrote them the first letter offering £30 Without Prejudice. They responded with a WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COSTS stating they would accept £125 and this offer is available for 14 days only.

Is it still admissible in court because it’s Without Prejudice?

I was under the assumption you couldn’t because it’s WP

I would use google but that means I wouldn't get that personal touch I get from people like you on these specialist forums. And you can’t get that on google even if you paid for it...

It does get a bit tiresome repeating everything.

Yes as already said, IF you lost, then you could whip out the WP communications and say you had already offered £125 and they had accepted then reneged on it and stopped all comms...is that right?

No I offered £30 and they said No but would accept a payment of £125 which was open for 14 days.

So I sent a counter offer saying I am happy to pay I think £50 and then they started to send me those letters about they have noted my correspondence blah blah

So I didn’t offer £125. They said they would accept £125

KeithP I was only jesting. And Truth be told you and all the other members help has been invaluable. Without people like you and CouponMad etc I would be stuck. So if I haven’t said it already, I truly am indebted to all your help and expertise and thank you so much.

Looks like a SAR hasn't been sent. Searching the forum, I gather that even though it's too late to use it for the defence, it's best to do so anyway in case the judge wants to know more about the defence ....
