Hit them with a carefully crafted SAR.

Reading that thread, is the point of me doing an SAR to cause them work/hassle? Rather than benefit my case.
I'm on board either way, I'll do that plus complain to the DVLA as Couponmad suggests.Private PCN??

ethical parking GROUP do not hold licence from BPA or IPC to obtain data from the DVLA
the fact that ethical management (who where members) sold/passed on info would do no good , as they are no longer BPA/IPC members
as regard to selling on indo , they sat on the MIL situation for almost 4 yrs before "asking" them not to bring any more court claims
the DVLA can do %!!!!!! all
companies house will not grive a hoot over the letterhead (name but different Co number)
send a SAR , then hopefully you will have access to original files , but that leads us back to the passing of data between SEPARATE companies
humor yourself and make them work hard , failure to receive a SAR with (is it) 28 days should then be reported
SDT john is having a mop up / tidy up as his days are numbered
his companies are closing down quickly , what was an empire is now just a single company under the BPA (one parking )0 -

Well, yes, it will give them potential hassle and stress, but that's not what this is primarily about. It's about you getting to the bottom of what could be a ploy to extort money from you.
They're giving you more hassle and stress than you could ever give them (they do this stuff on a daily basis - you don't), so don't fall into the trap of you feeling more concerned for them than you are for yourself.
Don't be a 'stiff upper-lip Brit' when facing someone trying to do you (financial) harm! They have zero concern for your welfare, let me assure you! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Yes I noticed that. One Parking used to be Ethical Parking Management (company no: 05992210). So One Parking could start a CCC right? As that is the same company, simply a name change.Private PCN??

Oh gosh, please do not interpret that as me worrying about causing them hassle. QUITE THE OPPOSITE!!
I will most certainly send it off tomorrow, but if EPM responds saying they requested my details from the DVLA, stored and used them to send me invoices, and shared them with their solicitor, how does that help me? Perhaps I do not understand the purpose of us doing SARs...Private PCN??

umm they were dormant at the time , so how the hell could they get your info from dvla !!!
maybe a letter to the DVLA asking who asked for info at the date tickets were issued
and its not one parking sending junk mail its ethical GROUP , different company
is it any wonder the BPA and IPC booted them out?0
