Ethical Parking, ZZPS, QDR Solicitors

I realise that companies cannot collect money for other dormant companies, nor can dormant companies collect any money at all.

However I believe companies can trade using other names? Could it not be that Ethical Group Ltd issued this charge whilst trading under another name of their choice? They could have chose anything they wanted, but went for "Ethical Parking Management". If they issued a CCC under Ethical Group Ltd and state they were simply trading as a different name, would that not be acceptable?

And in any case, their tax status is not going to affect my winning of any CCC they may or may not decide to issue, is that right?? Rather would force them to start paying their corporation tax should they win and receive monies.

the Ethical Group Limited have never been a BPA or IPC member and as such cannot of got your info/details , all other companies with simular names are seperate companies , different company numbers and most are shut down now

as mentioned several posts above ethical group are going thru records of all closed / dormant companies and simply passing info on to "no win - no fee" clots , who in turn have bought a book of QDR letterheads in the hope of scaring you

I would challenge them , put up or shut up and "if" they were to try anything then a judge would be annoyed at forgery etc etc

NO , ethical parking management already existed , the GROUP cannot bring a claim as they do not own the debt

check MIL , proserve etc etc

that much of a shady character , the IPC booted 2 of his companies out , one has returned to the BPA

I have read over the last 12 mths ago of cases , ethical , one parking etc etc , all chasing moneies up whist dormant

{Edited by Forum team} is hoping for a win win situation , with people paying up after solicitors letters

he is on a no win no fee with zzps , so whats it matter to him

One last for my interest, what if Ethical Group Limited OWNED Ethical Parking Management. Could the EGL claim/take ownership of EPMs debts then?

dont bother , you will just hit a brick wall , they will not answer any specific questions , pity you do not have the original tickets or correspondence from 2014-15 showing the original companys number

I was intending on continuing in case they do issue a CCC. Only reason is on my previous CCC with another PPC, the judge was unhappy that I didn't engage prior to the CCC paperwork and was quite harsh because of that, plus refused to award me any costs.

The snapshot with the address and company number IS from an original NTK letter from 1 of the tickets.

perhaps , but they cannot start a court claim in t5he name of a dormant company
