S'pose ya gotta be innit to winnit? 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes - I just got the same form. So let's have a go :-)1

Dumb questions are Us strikes again. For 'incident date' on this class action, is that the date that the charge was allegedly incurred, or that the PCN was issued (since that was the point at which they had our data from the DVLA)?0

The reason I'm being paranoid is the constant reference to 'not breaking their Ts&Cs' throughout the terms. I'd hate to end up liable for costs because I'd put the wrong date...0

We are only reading what you are. We have no insider knowledge. Anything you're unclear on should be addressed to them, not us. An email question is easy, and free. Get it in writing - that is so important when anything 'legal' is unclear. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Of course. Force of habit
You've all been so helpful here. Thanks.

2 Follow Up positives. I was encouraged to see a substantially larger sign - you know - one you can actually read - on the wall of the premises by which I received my PCN. I hope that this is in response to several people successfully challenging their PCNs - and that it will result in fewer people getting stung in the future.
Also, this week I got another one!!!! But it was from ParkingEye for an Aldi visit in which she who shall not be named forgot to enter the Reg on the screen in store. An email to their CEO and a call to their customer services and the PCN appears to have been revoked. Rather easier than the three years of the previous PCN...4 -

I've not re-read back through your thread, but it may well come in handy when you'll be able to point out that the parking company recognised that their signs were so poor that they found it necessary to replace them with larger and more legible signs.5
