Sorry no idea at all . Burt I do know that a letter LBC is free.. There is no obligation to actually issue a claim.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

I agree. Threat and hassle can be a two-way street. Give Walt a taste of his own medicine, ask for your costs or you will sue. The CAB website has a sample LBC to use - and as @D_P_Dance says, it's free and doesn't need to be followed through to an actual making of the claim. Thanks for this - I had missed the group action. The website says have you been issued with a fine within the last two years which would rule me out. Mine was in Oct 2018.0

I've just rechecked and it seems the earliest date in 2018 is December, nothing before that.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
