Throughout the witness statement of Walton Wilkins T/as Premier Parking Logistics he states on many occasions "My Company" not once does he mention My Dormant Company:   PREMIER PARKING LOGISTICS LTD - Officers (free information from Companies House) (company-information.service.gov.uk)
Also the contract is signed by a manager of Car Spares Limited. (A Dormant Company) 
Other companies with the same directors.

Non of the above are Car Spares Longbridge as stated in the witness statement.

The claim is being pursued by a sole trader. The fact that he has a company of a similar name is irrelevant if the contract is with him as a sole trader and the signage correct. 

The site is operated by car spares distribution Ltd as that is the name on the sign in the photos (ie the operator of the premises but an entirely different entity to that referred to in the agreement).

Thank you. Well it turns out it's not quite all over - I misunderstood that today's was only a Dispute Resolution Hearing, so there is still another wait until the final hearing   However, some of what the judge said gave me encouragement
Thanks for that link - sounds like a very traumatic experience for the poor lady.  And thanks as ever for the help and encouragement.

They've re-sent their (previously late) supplementary witness statement to me and the court today.  I thought this might be bad news as it would give them the opportunity to remove the mistakes, but they have sent the same thing (with someone else's details) and have compounded that by referring to the wrong hearing date in their accompanying email (even though the actual hearing date was in the subject line).  You just couldn't make it up...

If you are able to contact the person whose details you have been sent by the scammers, they might want to make a complaint to the DVLA, the scammers, their MP, the ICO, and anyone else that might listen.

You should certainly complain to the court/the judge, and perhaps even send your own supplementary WS with comments about the scammers incorrect information, data breach etcetera.
