Poor, Hungry, Stuck - Advice Please?

I was talking about fresh foods not tinned all cooked from fresh. Lidl's is still a lot cheaper than most places for meat, cheese and fish.
Maybe the upset stomach is due to a change in diet rather than the food itself, that can only be determined by experimentation. Or even due to gluten getting into the processed foods the OP eats. Upset stomach is a known side effect for some gluten intolerant sufferers.
Re fruit and veg changing from a diet high in animal protein and no fruit/ veg to one with increased fruit and veg ( high fibre) could cause stomach problems. These would only be short term.
Your advice is good, I am not saying it isntWhat I'm saying is this has all been said before 6 months ago, and the OP takes absolutely no notice.
He isn't saying fruit and veg upsets his stomach, he says hes allergic. When he was asked 6 months ago to actually look into that properly and not blanket state he is allergic to ALL fruit and veg, he just ignored the advice and pretended everyone was attacking him.
He isn't interested in where does good affordable free from options. He just wants someone to give him money for the foods he wants to eat and cannot afford.0 -

yup
OP your income is roughly the same as that of everyone on state benefits. I've just done hte sums and when housing and costs directly related to my disabilities are deducted I live on the same amount - currently on UC, but actually my disposable income is about the same as for the past decade when I was working.
The way to manage is to prioritise, it's not a huge amount of money but it is enough to keep afloat, fed and the essentials paid for. I'm trying (and succeeding to my amazement!) to get back to a healthy weight and so eating a lot of good quality protein, fruit and veg, which makes for a slightly more expensive shop, but still a combination of aldi when I'm able and Asda or Morrisons delivery when not keeps it affordable +/- the market if someone around to help me carry.
If you've spent your £308 in the first ten days of the month but have no food you do have a budgeting issue. For this month you're going to have to earn money somehow, whether that's through selling things from the house, your time or letting a room out. Next month do your shop on hte day the money arrives.0 -

Olio is another app where food is given by members that they no longer want/need.

You posted more or less the same topic back in March 2018... It's now October 2018. That's 7 months!
What on earth do you do all day ?
You have a over 100k asset just sitting there.
You applied for jobs everyday since March and not had one job offer? I don't believe youu.
It sounds to me you're asking for a handout. That's not how the real world works.
If you're struggling, sell your house! and manage your finances from there.

Have you phoned step change? step change helped me a lot when i got sanctioned and on hardship. the will do an expenditure with you. set you some goals. give you a letter for your creditors. i.e i ended up paying £1 a month to the catalogue instead of like £30 a month. explain to them that food by where you are is expensive.
Phone your internet/ tv provider say you want to cancel, they normally would give you a discount if you go through cancelation department.
Go to the jobcentre with a mini statement of your bank with £0 and ask for a food voucher for the foodbank. Good luck. Got a bad back? apply for PIP. Apply for an advocate to do things if you cant manage to go to the foodbank. ask the foodbank if they can deliver.
Dont just assume. Ask first.0 -
