You are in the same position you were 7 months ago, the advice is the same. Make your way to the foodbank, claim everything you can and manage your money.
Did you read the post? I can't access a food bank.
I AM claiming everything I can
THERE. IS. NO. MONEY. TO. MANAGE.
Good lord you people. Get off your high horses. Do you think I want to be in this position? I've tried to kill myself TWICE in the last seven months due to my situation. Why are you assuming where I live? I live in a city and yes, work is STILL hard to come by.
No feedback. Sometimes I get interviews, and "you don't have enough experience" is always the response (even when I have 10 yrs of experience)
OK - people are trying to help/make suggestions but there's something more fundamental going on here that you're not teling us.
I could go out today into my city and have a job by the end of the day - it wouldn't be a career, it's unlikely to have any stability or to be high on the social spectrum but it would be a job and it'd allow me to feed myself. 342 applications/rejections suggests either you're too picky or there's a more fundamental issue at play here0 -
You say no room for a lodger, what happened when your parents were there? I can only assume you didn't sleep in the same room as them there's either 2 bedrooms or you slept on the sofa, if this is the case then you could still get a lodger and they could sleep in the bedroom and you on the sofa, it will be money coming in on a regular basis and you would soon be able to afford a pull out bed. It's much better than going hungry plus you would have company.0

Your parents were living in the house so they must have had a bedroom, who is using the bedroom? Or you can convert the living room to a bedroom.0

They have no spare rooms.
I guess they don't drive either.
If you don't care what job you do, you can always get agency work. And as we are coming up christmas plenty of temp jobs with royal, mail etc.
I have a mortgage free house. At one stage the only income I had was £300 from a lodger. So full council tax and ran a car and needed to take an extra £100-£150 out of savings a month due to wanting eating and if needed to buy clothes. But with out a car £300 a month should be doable. Tight but doable. Stuffed if something goes wrong.

Anecdote here. My OH volunteers one morning a week at a local charity it needs transport to reach. Also volunteering there, at the same ,is a lady on JSA ( she is doing some sort of course as well to improve her employability). To save her paying for taxis to get her there he gives her a lift. Since he has been volunteering there there have been a couple of minimum wage vacancies. I'm sure charities if they have someone who volunteers and has a good work ethic would rather employ them than advertise and get an 'unknown quantity'.No cheapie shops in walking distance sadly.
Council Tax, Utility Bills, Food, Necessary toiletries (sanitary products, etc). I've had my CV tinkered with twice and volunteering always costs money to do (you're basically working without an income) so this won't help. I need a job, even a min wage one.
Think of volunteering as improving your skills and not working without an income. Try phoning a charity you have empathy with and ask. Say you'd like to volunteer but travel would be difficult do any other volunteers live in your area and could they give you a lift. You need to think outside the box. Others have given you lots of useful advice.0 -
Have you thought about looking at Christmas/Seasonal work there is quite a bit going this time of year and they sometimes keep staff on afterwards?First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0

I cannot sell the house for reasons you literally quoted in your reply, no room for a lodger.
There is no reason, quoted or otherwise, why you can't sell the house, you just choose not to.
So basically, if you won't help yourself, why should everyone else help you?
If you live in a city, I don't believe that you can't get a job, any job to tide you over. You say that you've got 10 years experience, are you only looking for specific jobs related to that experience?0 -
I don't see any comments where anyone has judged you. All i see are people trying to help you but you clearly don't want help......
Honestly you people don't even make SENSE at this point, you're literally clearly here to judge and try to pick apart a post so you can say LOOK MA I CALLED THEM OUT.0
