Returning to Amazon

Sorry this might be in wrong category.

I need to send something back to Amazon via Post Office. I printed off return label (QR code) and no return address.

What do I do to send this thing back?

Thanks

Download the label again and resize it so it shows the address not just the QR.

It's has address on Drop off store but I want to send it through PO and selected that.

I've seen it online but don't understand it.

With some returns, you don't need to put a return address on the parcel. Different return methods have different methods. I've certainly had returns to Amazon where it was just a bar code, sometimes they print the label to stick on it, other times, it goes with just the code. Can't remember who does what as I've sent returns via the Post Office, Collect Plus, Hermes and another couple of carriers. Some carriers work only with bar codes as most drivers have hand held readers these days.

Return with just a barcode can only be sent through Royal Mail delivery office, not post offices. The barcode contains everything about the order, return address etc. When you take that into the delivery office, they scan the barcode and stick to the parcel. Best to write down the tracking number yourself so that you can track the return.

Thanks guys. Had to take it to Royal Mail delivery office after Post Office refused it. Yes, they scanned the QR code and they printed off returns label.

    Don't like this new system!

    Which part?
Also did Amazon tell you to go to a PO?

    Which part?

Presumably the part that makes it really easy to return items.
