Nephew suspended from work advice welcome

I appreciate the replies albeit the sarcastic ones.
What people are missing is that the union rep has said that this has happened previously 11 years ago!.
Doesn't that sound very dodgy and concerning?. It certainly does to me.
And the hr partner telling my nephew over the phone he can resign if he wants to before he even goes to the investigation meeting.
And no im not trolling im looking for support and advice before this meeting.
Before anyone asks the union rep wasnt employed as rep when the other employee was sacked 11 years ago.
The rep found out because the branch secretary told him about it. He looked at back records and its there in black and white.
The hr partner who will be interviewing my nephew over the allegation was involved from start to finish in that dismissal too.
The hr partner was very surprised when the union rep mentioned it.
Something is very amiss here thats for sure.0 -
Sangie. This is susposed to be a forum for help and advice.
I dont appreciate your crass and bullying comments.
If you continue i will alert moderators rest assured.0 -
Thanks for trying to be reassuring.
Although i doubt my nephew will be fine given what happened to the previous employee and this hr partner.0 -
Tiggerstoroonie. All GP practices work differently.
Just because yours required you see a doctor every time you need a new note doesnt mean my nephew had to.
The practice he is registered with only has 2 doctors and a nurse.
Do you think his gp had the time to see him for 20 minutes every fortnight?.
You obviously dont know how much the nhs is over stretched.
Or your gp is super man or woman.0 -

I beg your pardon? This is from someone who hopes his daughter is blown up in a terrorist attack? If you weren't a troll I'd be worried. Report away. Any site that prefers someone like you is not worth a jot.
Careful...he sounds quite hand with choppers....
After losing my lovely cat last year. A cat 4 doors down a female called Khloe is always coming in to mine. She jumps through my kitchen or any ground floor one if open.
She is adorable sleek jet black with big amber eyes and only 8 months old.
Khloe never seems to want to go home much and she sits on her owners windowsill when their out.
They put a collar on her too tight I took it off with scissors.

You are a fantasist (I hope anyway!!) and I feel sorry for anyone involved in your life0 -
Your nephew lied to you probably because he is too scared to tell you the truth considering your radical stance. You are no psychic, nor very a tune if you cant see what is obvious. The company doesn't like your nephew because he was probably lying to them too about his work and attendance. They are desperate to get rid of him and are probably over the moon that your nephew handed them a reason to dismiss him.
Any company that suggest to an employee that they resign want them out and will do everything in their power to do so. Since it's working for that company that brought on stress and depression, now seems the right time to look for another job that will bring him satisfaction.0
