The soreness definitely wears off, you have the worst bit over you in this department cos the first time is always the worst.
Well done! Making me feel guilty now, I think there's some mould on the seat of my bike it's so long since I was on it!0 -
Well, the bike is out of the garage, the seat has been lowered and I've been once round the block.....inspired by Suzy's post. I might have another go after lunch - thanks Frogga for making me!“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

The Ipswich police are doing spot checks on cars using red deisel and the traffic jams were really bad. I zoomed past everyone on my bike and felt very smug;)

Well Froga you inspired me to mend my bike. It had a puncture and i fixed it this lunchtime in my break. I havent used if for some while and while i have been without car (undergoing repairs) i have tried to walk places as much as possible but it has meant ive been cooped up a bit.
BUT....
Ive now fixed it and i will be on my bike tomorrow and i will be able to get around a bit more. I might even be inspired and when my cars back use it much more and use my bike instead.
Thank you yes, you have touched quite a few people!!0 -
When I'm cycling to work tomorrow and all the other cyclists are whizzing past me , I'll think:
