The other two are offers over mine is just £114,950. There is an end terrace, a mid terrace and I am attached to an entry to flats on one side and my neighbours house is the same layout as mine not a mirror image. Do you think it need to made clearer that I only have a neighbour on one side ?0

We bought it for £50 more than the asking price 9 years ago so gutted. Our street is a selection of my house and townhouses. The townhouses have all sold for more money. There are two houses the same as mine on the market for £50 more than we are asking. There just seems to be no interest at all. Was hoping that I could do something looks like another price reduction I think.

You don’t or you’d be 50k in negative equity.
So really, has the market fallen? It’s easy to focus on what you paid but what you paid isn’t necessarily what it’s worth.
You paid £50 more for it brand spanking new which attracts a premium. It’s not new anymore and unless the market has risen it may not be worth what you paid0 -
I like it.
Is there room in the kitchen to prepare food on the counter?0 -
Yes there is space on the kitchen surface for food prepping, have just had a look at the photo and I think I’ll ask the estate agent to see if he can take another one of the kitchen to show this

I think that what is putting people off is the area that it is in. Now that it is just an ordinary second hand house it has fallen to the level of value of all the other second hand ex council houses round it.0

Well presented, but there will be plenty similar houses for sale.0

Is it freehold?
It's new build, so I'd be nervous about leasehold and ground rent, service charges etc.0
