Why have I had no viewings

Hi everyone
I put my house on the market nearly 4 weeks ago and have had no interest at all. I saw suggested elsewhere that this was the place to come to for some advice and inspiration.
I am desperate to move and would love some feedback if people don’t mind.
I can’t post a link as I am a new user but if you put this in the search bar it should (fingers crossed) work
If you add this onto the end of the rightmove web address
property-for-sale /property-67344922
Thankyou

If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0

There are 12 houses for sale within 1/2 mile. 7 of them are semis and some of them are priced only a few thousand more than your mid-terrace (one of them is even cheaper). Would you buy a terraced house or a semi for £5000 more? Not sure what the market is like where you are but if you want to sell, you might have to reduce the price...0

Yes that’s helpful having a link in the thread Thankyou0

The rooms are small it’s a new build that’s why I’m so desperate to move. Was ok before two kids.0

We bought it for £50 more than the asking price 9 years ago so gutted. Our street is a selection of my house and townhouses. The townhouses have all sold for more money. There are two houses the same as mine on the market for £50 more than we are asking. There just seems to be no interest at all. Was hoping that I could do something looks like another price reduction I think.0

There is an end of terrace version of your house on sale for the same price, I would choose that, only 1 meighbour to suffer noise from. Yours is "offers over" so it loos like you are asking more than the end of terrace one?0

It's a nice example of its type of house, I would suspect it's oversaturation in the market in that area so when someone wants to move to that area they may well go for whichever is cheapest/end terrace if they are all the sameAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

The market is flat in many areas. I am watching over 200 properties - about 80 that are "in my area/potentially competition" and 120 I "liked the look of to buy, so have added to the list to keep an eye on".
My agent says it's gone strangely quiet.
Today an agent who I did a viewing with (to potentially buy) phoned to ask how things were going - and I told him outright I wouldn't be buying that one ... and then asked him about the local market where he is (20 miles from me) and he sighed and said "Honestly, it has gone strangely quiet this last month".
So, you have choices:
- sit it out and see what happens
- reduce it to see if anybody sniffs.
But you need to know what your local market is really up to.
Start watching the "20 houses that I consider are just like mine within a 5 mile radius"..... see if they're selling, or if any are returning to the market.
Mine has been on four weeks now - in that time NO house like mine, or similar to mine, has sold at all. .. so I'm not "missing out".0
