From what I gather, there are cracks on both sides and similar locations of the inner and outer wall?

That crack about 2/3 along the radiator here which is the second right most blind guidance string is https://postimg.cc/87jB84rL vs the front view second from left blind guidance string https://postimg.cc/GB2pC6Hz, is this ok?

My question to the committee here (because i am a curios person), why so many cracks? Why are they so close, rather than one big crack? Most are vertical, but there is one horizontal crack coming from the neighbours side too, as the did not re-grout his side, and what causes these? Ta.

I live in an old stone cottage with an extension that somone stuck up in the 70's. Concrete block outer skin, themalite inner skin. Similar issues, cracking above lintols, middle of walls, corners etc.
The walls are just painted, so I just fill them when decorating and forget about them.
With the OP's property, it was probably given 2 coats of sand/cement and siraphite finish. This would usually require a fair bit of knocking to remove unless blown, so maybe some of the cracks were stress fractures, The OP does say that some cracks only appeared after the repairs.
The trouble with thermalite is that the shrinkage cracks go right through the blocks, often from the top to the DPC, so in effect it's the same as building a block wall with a straight joint in the centre.
The manufacturers claim that these cracks are not a problem to the structural stability and are cosmetic. However as buildings are constantly on the move with moisture and thermal changes, there will often be cracking to the finishes and this will often return after repairs.
Horizontal cracks in the exterior brickwork can sometimes be the thicker twist type wall ties rusting and expanding.
