    That's fair enough, I don't think I would class my treatment as essential although it stops me from running or walking on it too much, it won't be ongoing once the issue is sorted :) x

  • Only spent on diesel yesterday (Thursday) which I'm going to make my only exception because of the necessity of needing the car for transport ( rural location), so a NSD otherwise bringing my total to 7/10.

  • Managed another few NSD so now on 7/15 not going to get my 15 for the month but that is probably double if not more that what I usually do because I'm now conscious.

    Food was under budget & physio does not count.
