Help Needed - Selling Property

Thank you. Unfortunately that's the standard size of these kitchens. It's a scullery rather than a full kitchen. Most of these houses are like this.0 -
The ones that have sold. Do you know what the offers over price was to get that sale?0
-
Is that actually render on the outside or is the property of non-standard construction?
As for the kitchen, I think my first property, a tiny, one bed flat, had a bigger kitchen than that. Only skinny buyers who don't cook are going to be interested, I think.0 -

Some have been offers over £80,000. Others have been offers over £75,000.0 -

It's the original pebbledash veneer. It's the standard wall coverings for these houses.
As I've said, this is the standard size for these kitchens & anyone who lives in Glasgow is familiar with them so it's not something that should surprise someone who is looking to buy this type of house. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the size of the room.0 -
You're selling this as a three bedroomed flat but your photos have only one room set up as a bedroom, the other "bedrooms" are being used as a utility room and dining room. I reckon this be the reason you're not selling as the photos make it look like a one bedroomed flat.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

How recently though?0 -
I'd say it's an push to describe it as 3 bedrooms sorry. The one you've got done like one is lovely but if you've to use one as a utility room due to lack of space then I don't see how it can be considered to be one as anyone else would have the same issue.0

Crashy Time:
Just in the 82 days that my house has been up for sale. I am very familiar with the market around this area & my husband & I have been keeping an eye on the house prices for the last 2 years & have watched them steadily rise from about £70,000. We have done our research.0 -
Crashy Time:
Sorry that should read 'we have kept any eye on the house sale prices' not the house price.0
