Everyone, this is just a discussion for my understanding really0

Can you post that?
The reversing car has scrape marks, my paint on their light coloured car. No physical damage just superficial.
My door, rear wheel arch is caved in and quarter panel.
Rear left side, the side of the rear light is damaged,
scrape marks on the bumper and near to the left side door as my vehicle has continued as the other car has made contact as I was passing.0 -
You are over-thinking this and need to just let the insurance sort it.
I stopped 3 cars back at red traffic lights on a dual carriageway and just as the lights went green an idiot ploughed into the back of me.
I was amazed when they tried to claim that I had reversed into them!! Not sure my car can reverse fast enough to write off a car!
The insurance sorted it.
I think they are just told to claim no fault.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I'm thinking more Expelliarmus or Expecto Patronus...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

they're going to push for joint liability because they cant get to the bottom of it and you'll both suffer.0
