    I did warn you about those inflated costs almost 12 months ago, which should have been robustly objected to today and in the WS etc, not on appeal

    Oh well you live and learn.. guess I have to bite the bullet and pay up.

    Advice for everyone- read POFA guideline CLEARLY and relate it to your own case individually.

  • Really sorry to hear this. I think you should have argued the point about the notices not containing the correct information as required by PoFA Schedule 4 as in the period very strongly. It was what won us the case.

    It might be worth appealing because the parking charge notices are 100% invalid, based on PoFA requirements but I leave that up to you to weigh up in costs time and effort.

    P.S. If its any consolation I am getting bailiffs involved to get the monies awarded to me on our case collected from UKPC. They will love that lol
