I agree with Redx
Even UKPC don't know who will win so they are the same position as you. There are some judges who should have been put out to grass a long time ago, and there are some who live in the real world who see this parking scam for what it is0 -
ok guys many thanks for your input appreciate it. wish us luck!0

ok sure, I guess my wife has to bite the bullet. she's scared going to court, she thinks she's going to jail

so any pointers or how can we defend this case and win?
Search the forum for ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST to read how people win!
UKPC never turn up. A rep does and you could challenge their RoA if you and your wife are confident about trying that. Search the forum for RIGHTS OF AUDIENCE as well as the above suggestion to read all the wins.ok thank you for that.
from anyones experience does UKPC back out or not even attend on the day, or is that not likely?
if anyone can look at our case and see where we can win the case please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys
received this from SCS law today- claimants statement of cost.
1. can they file this to court at such a late stage? I remember the court said they need to file everything before a certain date?
2. if this is valid, can I file the same?

You too can file and serve your Costs Schedule upto about three days before the hearing.
If you haven't yet done that , then you should do so.
As always, guidance on creating a Costs Schedule can be found in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
my wife has finally received her employment contract and parking permit proof from the hospital trust- can I still submit it to court and to the claimant?0
-
You are meant to be filing & serving a high hundreds/similar statement of costs and breakdown as to their unreasonable behaviour and conduct throughout. That's what we tell everyone to do a couple of days before a hearing.
Search the forum for shining example unreasonableness costs
Send it attached to a Supplementary Witness Statement signed by themy wife has finally received her employment contract and parking permit proof from the hospital trust- can I still submit it to court and to the claimant?
Defendant, with the costs schedule.
