Try sending an email to <energy@enstroga.co.uk>. That seems to have worked for me.

    Thanks for the tip.

The 'Easy Annual' tariff is listed on Enstroga's website. The 'Autumn Attraction' tariff is not.

Not for me, I'm offered Autumn Attraction Gold, Dual Premium & Energy for Life on their "tariffs" page under the .co.uk domain. Advanced searching using Google fails to turn up any hits for Easy Annual either.

It also says "Price shown for East Midlands. Price can differ per region". So I'm not sure if they are trying to be over-clever with geolocation based on IP address (and getting it badly wrong). I've tried with three different browsers, one non-graphical and even done a bit of tunnelling through France.

Think they must have pulled Autmun Attraction and replaced with Aut. Att. Gold. Higher unit rate, slightly lower standing charge, not as good for me certainly.
Went through Enrgyhelpline/TCB for my switch to Aut. Attraction all seems ok so far. No clue how to set up an online account yet, maybe can't be done till supply starts.

It seems you are correct. Enstroga appear to have pulled both the 'Easy Annual' and the 'Autumn Attraction' tariffs, and substituted the new 'Autumn Attraction Gold' tariff.

Despite the reduced daily standing charge, for my annual usage the increased unit rate means that the 'Autumn Attraction Gold' tariff would be £168 more expensive than the 'Easy Annual' tariff I have signed up for. I guess I got in just in time!

Enstroga do operate a regional pricing policy.

Interestingly, the website now shows the 'Autumn Attraction' tariff as no longer available, but it lists the 'Easy Annual' tariff as still being available. I guess that could be an error.

Presumably the recent deluge of new customers has encouraged Enstroga to review their prices... upwards.

I agree entirely with this comment - MSE should remove Enstrogo from ther site or at least give them an extremely poor rating.
I have tried contacting Enstrogo via their phone number (4 times), email (2) and their contact link (3) over a period of five days and so far not a single response. A simple email explaining their problems and confirming they would be in touch would have sufficed. But given their lack of response of any type, and the limited time left for me to sort out a change from my current supplier, I think I will have to go elsewhere.
By the way has anyone else had to listen to their telephone 'holding' message? It is of such a poor quality that its sounds like it was recorded in the middle of a gale!

Perhaps the reason Enstrogo replied so quickly is that the price/kWh for their electricity on the Autumn Gold tariff via the Energy Helpline webpage is 15.65p/kWh whereas on their own its 14.42p/kWh - not a vast amount I agree but it would still cost me £68/year if I signed up to the higher rate.

Looks like ALL these small newcomer companies have been set up to "welcome" no more than a few dozen new customers a week!!

NONE of them have the staff to cope with the huge influx of customers resulting from the latest failures of Iresa and the swinging rises coming from the likes of Economy Energy and Bulb.

Any sensible company maintains a balance between customer numbers with the staff levels needed to support them. Sadly, as most suppliers are not making any money in the immediate months after going live, the temptation to take on more customers than they can actually cope with must be huge. Poor service/communication results in complaints, so more staff have to be taken off other duties etc. And so the wheel keeps on turning until the supplier either muddles its way through or it goes to the wall.

Don't think Enstroga fit the into the small company category. They have been massive in Europe for years, but new to the UK. Just out of interest why are people trying to contact them on the phone/email? Should be straightforward to switch to and switch away if needed without ever contacting anyone. Haven't spoken to a utilty company for years and I'm a serial switcher If you're unhappy, just switch away. I'd rather have a cheap bill than somebody available 24/7.

Perhaps I am missing something - but how do you switch when most organisations that do switching say they currently can't handle a switch to Enstroga and Enstroga don't contact you?
The one or two organisations that will sort a switch to Enstroga (like Energy Helpline) seem to be advertising higher rates/kWh than Entroga do on their own webpage.

I tried to call them 7 times yesterday (they cut you off after 5 minutes) with no joy. I got through today on the second try. Polite and helpful staff when they answer. I hope things will settle soon.

Frankly I'm happier being on a low tariff and having some inconvenience when trying to speak to them than paying over the odds and still getting dodgy service with Npower and the like.

I'm still waiting on Octopus final bill despite their claims of 'excellent service' and their decision to block my original electric switch. So all in all the lower bills win!
