@twhitehousescat that'll be the one, but unlike the IPC it was at least an entity that existed in 2011.

The really odd thing is that they were actually accredited operators for the BPA in 2011.

Don't assume your old Web pages can't be found :)

The actual date of the original unmanipulated document cannot therefore be before they swapped schemes - and that, based on your research, would appear to be 2014.

My laptop doesn't like that link, Missaver.  Can you host the WS in Dropbox or using IMGUR?

They have wasted a considerable amount of your time, now waste theirs, complain complain complain.  Also consider this,

Annie Oliver also ducked the new statement of truth, by changing it to 'The Claimant believes' but a WS must be her own words as an individual ''I believe...etc'' at the end.

Good news - PCM will cancel the other 2 outstanding tickets (not reached LBC yet), since I won my case this week  :-) :-)
In their communication, they said "I understand the case was dismissed at hearing due to technicalities of wording in our authority to operate.  While we will be putting measures in place to rectify these technicalities.."

The fact is, there is currently no Landowner agreement to operate..

I don't know how or when I might hear developments on the Judge's referral to the Attorney General for the fake Contract, I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Absolute chancers, do they have no shame?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
