Can you show us her WS again, and what was your claim number please, and which court and Judge?

@twhitehousescat that'll be the one, but unlike the IPC it was at least an entity that existed in 2011.
The really odd thing is that they were actually accredited operators for the BPA in 2011.

Don't assume your old Web pages can't be found
The actual date of the original unmanipulated document cannot therefore be before they swapped schemes - and that, based on your research, would appear to be 2014.

My laptop doesn't like that link, Missaver. Can you host the WS in Dropbox or using IMGUR?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This alleged contract has been proven to be a false instrument signed by someone who does not appear at Companies House as being an authorised signatory nor someone with significant interest in the company.
Ms Oliver is responsible for supplying the false instrument so in my opinion is equally culpable for its content.
The IPC state on their website that Gladrags Scamlicitors are their partners (we all know the incestuous relationship anyway) therefore knew or should have known the alleged contract was a false instrument so must also be equally culpable for its inclusion.
A solicitor's first duty is to the court not their client so Gladrags should have stopped this case as soon as they saw the false instrument and advised their client accordingly, but failed to do so either deliberately or by negligence.
Therefore the MA/MC, the scammers, Ms Oliver, and Gladrags are all culpable in my opinion and have all come out smelling of merde.
Well done Missy. Keep up the good work and let us know how things develop.
Edit, the signs show a prohibited premium rate 'phone number for payments, and a prohibited charge for automated payments.

Annie Oliver also ducked the new statement of truth, by changing it to 'The Claimant believes' but a WS must be her own words as an individual ''I believe...etc'' at the end.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good news - PCM will cancel the other 2 outstanding tickets (not reached LBC yet), since I won my case this week :-) :-)
In their communication, they said "I understand the case was dismissed at hearing due to technicalities of wording in our authority to operate. While we will be putting measures in place to rectify these technicalities.."
The fact is, there is currently no Landowner agreement to operate..
I don't know how or when I might hear developments on the Judge's referral to the Attorney General for the fake Contract, I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

they said "I understand the case was dismissed at hearing due to technicalities of wording in our authority to operate. While we will be putting measures in place to rectify these technicalities.."Absolute chancers, do they have no shame? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
