I hope more of these false and irregular documents go up on high and rattle some cages , especially if they went to Attorney General or similar, it would only need one of these to end in hefty fines or the perpetrators broought to book to deter some of the unbelievable contracts and misinformation we have seen on here already, including the one attended by coupon mad etc (or was it a OPS case ? the one where the judge gave them until early june to reply ?)

its just not good enough to say "I have no instructions on that your honour !!"

Any NEWBIES - take a look - what do you see that cannot be true in 2011 when it was purportedly signed?!

We may have to wait and see (hopefully it will be actioned and is not a mere threat) but that is a referral to investigate a possible contempt of court. 

Yes, I hope so.  The Judge did query this and bought it up a couple of times during the hearing and I believe he was truly  concerned about it's validity. (And yes, video hearings are good to judge other's faces/body language)  Coupled with the points noted here that it was not signed in accordance with Section 44 of the Companies Act 2006, the 2011 date, the signatory not showing up on Companies House, etc.

That reminds me, the Judge mentioned at least twice 'unless the Claimant has some kind of clairvoyancy', words to that effect re the 2011 date, lol

WS signed by an 'Annie Oliver'. 

There's an 'Andrew Oliver' and 'Lauren Oliver' employed by the company. Looks like a family affair ....... until you look at the main (and seemingly only) man.

Hmm, you are good detectives.  However, I think we are talking about https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04395994, as the registered address for them is Slough, which appears on the letters I've had from them.  Annie Oliver signed 1 letter as the Legal and Compliance Manager, so she's an employee of the company, as stated on their WS.

Yes be careful with company searches. You need the exact name.

Obviously since the IPC didn't exist or the AOC that's clearly problem enough for them.

Can you show us her WS again, and what was your claim number please, and which court and Judge?
