The signs have constantly changed over the years depending on the stores thst opened near by.

I don't know if this helps but can be more specific if needed
  • Does anyone know west Brom old square car park? That's the one. It has been derlick since new square opened up
  • Deputy District Judge Grand struck out a claim at Southampton, quoting defense and that a contractual charge of £100 had been inflated to £172 and this was against the Beavis judgement.
  • That's really good to know.

I hope I can win. I'm really stressed with it.

I look forward to your comments to the draft defence.

Aos was filed online on 18 Sept so I have time to submit defence.

I'm going to visit site again too
  • I have read that cel almost discontinue case before reaching court hearing but what about bank car management ltd.

I've been reading more posts where judge's aren't pleased with usual arguments that keeper liability doesn't apply etc.

I was calm before but now stressing again!

I've read newbies faq thread too.

Just worried about ending up paying the 235 if they win.

With a Claim Issue Date of 14th September, and having done the AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 17th October 2018 to file your Defence.

That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to hone the Defence to perfection.

When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as described here:

    1) Print your Defence.
    2) Sign it and date it.
    3) Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    4) Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    5) Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
    6) Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defended". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
    7) Wait for the Directions Questionnaire and come back here.
