The oncoming storm has arrived, full blown lightning and thunder. Not much time between them now so it’s getting closer. :eek: A warning text came in from the power network about the storm as I’m ‘priority’ customer (i.e. old).

The chap at the bodyshop rang to tell me that my car will be ready tomorrow afternoon though if the storm hasn’t blown through overnight I’ll not be going down.

There’s a weird light over the sky, lines of bright light with stripes of dark grey cloud.

I’ve taken to under my duvet already. There’s a better view over the sea and mountains from my bedroom.

I’m trying to do time restricted eating and, so far, find it OK. I could eat all day if I didn’t watch out. A mix of stress and needing comfort is dangerous so I need to exert more control of what I’m doing. Fingers crossed.
