    Exactly the same here.

Had a letter dated the 22nd September.
Now I'm finding out the offer was withdrawn on the 18th.
    What a dodgy company!
Will be leaving as this is no way to do business.
Best offer I've had from E.On is almost £200 more than the V18!

Isn't it the same with most companies? I'm coming to the end of my 'deal' with another provider and even their best new offer is derisory. I don't think most bother about their existing customers. The focus is attracting new blood. They know that many will stay irrespective of rate and that's how they expand their customer base.

Many thanks for the feedback PaulMolly. I've sent this to the people here responsible for renewal letters.

Totally appreciate the frustration of not being able to go on to a favourable tariff. Sometimes, it works out that tariffs highlighted in these letters have been replaced with better deals. Either way, this isn't great and you're right to bring this to our attention.
