Balance transfer completedDH got the message through last night. Very quick on their side.
DH won't close any cards, in case they're needed.....I know! Best I can do is hide them.
Next target is to pay off the BC and the odd £400 off the LC0 -
Well done!0

Morning,
Happy Saturday:j
Food shop to be done today, need to get the meal plan done too.
DD has swimming today, she's really coming on now with it.
Whilst we're in the town, I need to nip to the market and get some veg and pop in to the opticians to see if my glasses have arrived yet.
Need to get sorted for next week too.
Three full weeks and three days until pay day.0 -
I hope your glasses were ready. Well done to DD with the swimming, it's such a useful skill

Afternoon,
My glasses hadn't arrived on Saturday, so I couldn't pick them up. I'm hoping that they are in soon so that I can wear them.
Brought my lunch with me twice so far this week.
I am trying to remind myself that I am on an economy month, so I cannot spend on unnecessary stuff.
Did a small shop at lunchtime, I'm aiming to get everything I need for the rest of the month over the next few days so that all I need to do is just top up...forgot to buy potatoes regardless of taking a list **rolls eyes**
Savings accounts checked and money moved about to cover the pots.
Topped the car up with diesel, need to try an economy drive as much as possible.
15 working days until Pay Day
In other news....heard from the other company that contacted me to tell me that the MD does want to see me but as it is a new team, he is getting the management side of things sorted first but will contact me in the next few weeks.
I am still waiting to hear from my ex-colleague over his request for my CV last week. I will ring him tomorrow, if he's not been in touch.0 -
All sounding good, hope everything works out with job this time and you're not left waiting and waiting.
