Parking fine - Complain to Landowner

Hi
There's plenty of advice on the forum that says to always complain to landowner in event of receiving a PCN from a private parking firm. However, I couldnt see any examples of what good looks like. In a letter to the landowner (e.g. local council) what should the letter include/say about cancelling the PCN?
thanks and apologies if I haved missed this information on the existing threads!

forums seem to say "and dont forget to complain to the landowner" but dont see any specific examples of what a complaint would look like. Is it a general complaint about getting a fine/invoice or do i need to provide details - about inadequate signage, grace periods, etc?0

In that case copy and paste your post into your other thread and let this one die
This forum is busy enough.
Imagine how.many threads we would have to plough if everyone simply started a new thread for every new query that struck!0 -
sorry Quentin. I thought it was a general enough question to warrant a separate thread as it seems to come up a lot but i couldnt find any specifics. I will do as you say!0

Look in the thread entitled The Parking Tickets Board Sticky for a link to Successful complaints about private parking tickets - how to get them cancelled!.0
