thanks everyone for the links and guidance. These examples seem to pertain to retailers in the most part. In my particular case the landowner is a local council.
I have already written to the council requesting to see their contract with Premier Park under Freedom of Information.
Is the principle the same here or is there a difference when it is a private company acting on behalf of a local authority?0
