Morning Money Savers,
The simplest of days planned for here today:

*Free exercise starting autumn garden clearing.
*Gather more windfall apples.
*Pick more chillies.
*Make tomorrow's packed lunch.

I'm not sure what time my parents plan on leaving. Depending on when will make a difference to my plans. I'm happy with whatever works best for them. Hopefully, they will stay for lunch at least.

Morning all
Hope everyone is well. Not long till hols now Ally
Had a nice catch up with my bestie yesterday, but still feeling down. I wish there were some sort of quick fix (don't we all). Hope everyone else is doing ok.
I've been up a couple of hours chopping veggies. I'm going to batch cook this afternoon! Nothing fancy, just some soup and Shepherd's pie but it'll make a difference during the week after work. I'm trying to psyche myself up to make chutney as well but we shall see.
Tutoring in an hour and then off to my mam's for a bit - I haven't seen her for a while so it'll be nice to catch up and find out how her hols in Jersey went.
Have a good day all - and lots of love and hugs to those that need them xxxNot giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Morning all,
The weather here is grim this morning, makes me just want to curl up on the sofa and snooze!
We are popping out to Sainsbugs to spend the last £8 off a £40 shop voucher. Going to buy another gaming headset (this time for ds2) he's been saving up for it but doesn't actually get given his pocket money until the month end, this voucher would be out of date by then so we've agreed that he can have them early. Will also pick up some bread rolls for tomorrows lunches. a loaf for the freezer and maybe some coffee for dh as we've seen its on offer on mysupermarket app. Done and had ds1 keeping an eye on how much was going into the basket so that we didn't go far over the £40
We aren't having family over for lunch today as we saw them all yesterday so a nice quiet day is planned.
Ys bread for breakfasts done
Soup & bread for lunch done had with warm rolls
Tonight will be a use up tea, jacket potato, lots of salad + whatever is left in the fridge, gammon/eggs/cheese etc
Check homeworks are completed, I'm 99% sure they are. done
Make families lunches for school/work done
Continue sorting out our cupboards and adding to the cs pile done, and took a bag of outgrown pajamas to the Oxfam box in the sainsbugs carpark so they're gone and out of the way. Started a new cs bag and added in a nowtv box, a couple of books and some kids dvds
Tv/Alarm clocks/microwaves/oven etc all switched off at the socket when not in use done
Prep next weeks Rm surveys and put details on the calendar so that I remember to do them! Not done but will do tomorrow
Continue watching Dr who with ds2 on iplayer, he's really enjoying it and wants to see them all before the new dr starts next month. (I think he'll have to skip all the Peter Capaldi ones as a)he won't have enough time and b) I didn't really enjoy those episodes anywayDh & ds2 watching one now
Thats my starter, hopefully I'll add more as the day goes on
Have a good day all.Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.
