My consultant mentioned not paying. As much as not paying is a bonus, it is more about knowing that I finally made it. I finally completed the first part of the journey. The second part is obviously maintaining week on week.
Luckily, my mindset hasn't been affected too much. I'm so close to target now, I could easily throw in a few extra syns here and there, seeing as I'm almost always left with syns at the end of the week, but my mentality this morning was continue as normal, you aren't there yet. There's cakes literally sat on a table in front of me in work, and there's nothing I'd like more than one of those Oreo doughnuts.... but nope....... Not until I've reached target. I'll syn them within my allowance when I'm there!

You've definitely got the right mindset Stoke. Even after being at target for several years I still don't eat cake! I have Lotus biscuits now and again and the occasional bit of dark chocolate but that's about it for sweet stuff!

Not a huge fan of chocolate, which helps a lot.... crisps are my real kryptonite. I can smash a huge bag of crisps fairly comfortably.0 -
Not keen on crisps either! DH eats them but if I have one or two that's it, so that's a bonus too. Skinny popcorn on the other hand:D

I like popcorn too
I tend to prefer savoury snacks to sugary ones.
These are lush:

And I will eat them all night if you let me

Hi all, quick check in this week, stayed the same at weigh in, but ok with that after a couple of heavy meals out (and maybe a smidgeon of wine!)
good luck for all still to weigh in. Vicky0 -
