''elegantly done''...LOL this is all a game isn't it?
But good to see the cross party support to make a practical difference to the lives of motorists (we hope they do).
Stop quoting the BPA rhetoric though, Rishi Sunak. Pathetic to mention the BPA as if they matter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The suport from the SNP is reassuring, and also that the bill will apply in Sctoland - so even though Keeper Liability is still not applicable, at least people North of the border can have access to a standard appeals body, and the operators work to the same standards as in England & Wales.

Parking Bill passed at third reading, with Sir Greg's amendments, no dissenters.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Passed third reading, and Sir Greg has indicated that he has assurances that it will be passed in the Lords too.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

I hope that POPLA and IAS adjudicators are now polishing up their CVs.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
