Interesting that the planning permission on cameras (NCP Crawley) has been brought up after seeing other threads on here.

''elegantly done''...LOL this is all a game isn't it?

But good to see the cross party support to make a practical difference to the lives of motorists (we hope they do).

Stop quoting the BPA rhetoric though, Rishi Sunak. Pathetic to mention the BPA as if they matter.

The suport from the SNP is reassuring, and also that the bill will apply in Sctoland - so even though Keeper Liability is still not applicable, at least people North of the border can have access to a standard appeals body, and the operators work to the same standards as in England & Wales.

Peter Wishart is going to town at Smart Parking about the Kinoull Street car park.

The PCC should not be using debt collectors that do not follow the FCA role of conduct.

I hope that POPLA and IAS adjudicators are now polishing up their CVs.

Parking Bill passed at third reading, with Sir Greg's amendments, no dissenters.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Passed third reading, and Sir Greg has indicated that he has assurances that it will be passed in the Lords too.

I don't know about polishing CVs, but some of the POPLA assessors will back to polishing nails once again!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
