I am assuming this is in response to my previous post.
I am not decrying the intent - just failing to see how the proposals take us major steps forward.0 -
I am not saying the are the proposals of the Bill, they are weak and I don't think they have anything to do with the proposed legislation.
Looks like a BPA/IPC 'lets suggest some weak rubbish to shut up Parliament' effort.
If I am wrong, if this is really part of the proposals, then Greg Knight is easily led.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's a load of tripe written by a desk jockey with no knowledge or interest in actually being accurate.
The real reading will be the bill itself...everything else is just speculation and guessing and wishing!0 -

It's a summary given to a FOI request. Once again, you
fail to understand0 -

Let's face it, anything the IPC might add must be taken
as rubbish, scammers must be ignored
The BPA who were involved in POFA2012 fooled the
government with more rubbish
Are they going fool Greg Knight, we will see0 -

Seems a Susan Fletcher requested it

So it's not actually a Summary Code of Practice, nothing to do with the new Bill.
As suspected!
It's merely old news, never published at the time, and well before Sir Greg's Bill:"a Summary of Responses" (following the 2015 Consultation)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
