I am not saying the are the proposals of the Bill, they are weak and I don't think they have anything to do with the proposed legislation.

Looks like a BPA/IPC 'lets suggest some weak rubbish to shut up Parliament' effort.

If I am wrong, if this is really part of the proposals, then Greg Knight is easily led.

The real reading will be the bill itself...everything else is just speculation and guessing and wishing!

Let's face it, anything the IPC might add must be taken

government with more rubbish

So it's not actually a Summary Code of Practice, nothing to do with the new Bill.
