  • I applied via MSE CEC on 22 Aug, I was already an EDF customer
Nothing actioned or acknowledged by EDF, but as I had an ongoing issue with my meter I mentioned it to the lady I was dealing with and forwarded the email from CEC, she promised to sort it.
My tariff expired on 30 Sep and I moved to Standard Variable.
Called them on 2 Oct and good to their word, moved me to the Easy Online Exclusive backdated only to 1 Oct, so I actually saved a bit.
Quite happy, now just hope EDF confirm the switch to CEC and I get my £25 cashback 3 months thereafter, but I have already primed my contact about this and she says it will happen.

This has now resulted in all my bills being reversed and the new tariff applied back to the 22 Aug, which means I owe EDF a small amount.
Just sent the nice lady an email asking what they intend to do...
