Its the same judicial "wrap" - question / answer / review / escalation.
Hi
It seems as if it was not an offer to review my data, the decision is the same and they request for me to contact ICO.
Im not quite sure where to go from here, see letter received last thursday. Thank you:A0 -
Is this not clear:They have said, if you still don't like the outcome, then go to the ICO - so go to the ICO.0

OK, so it's with the ICO now.
That's good.

i recently received another letter from Gladstone asking for payment within 14 days along with all the corresponding email we have exchanged.
Also in one of the letters my sister did write in pretending to be me hence the reason they have my name but I was out of the country since 30 August 2017.
Should I inform them I have written to the ICO? I haven't got a reference number but an automative email to say they have received my complaint.
Please any heads up on how to proceed from here. Much appreciated.:A0 -
Yes tell them you have complained to the ICO (show the auto email response) who will no doubt be in touch with their client. As such, they and their client must now consider this an 'Objection to Processing' data and must put any planned litigation 'on hold' whilst the data misuse question is investigated by the ICO.
You should tell Gladstones this as a fact:in one of the letters my sister did write in pretending to be me hence the reason they have my name but I was out of the country since 30 August 2017.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Coupon M
Hope you are well. I hate to write back to you but unfortunately after our last conversation I have just received a court form in the post to fill. I did write to the ICO has advice but didnt get anywhere with them. I email them letters from the company as advise by them but the format was not compatible with their system. Its it too late now to resend them to delay this process? date of form is 20th Feb. Just a recap the ticket was written in name but i was abroad as i travel alot. My sister received the ticket. Could you let me know what i should do? I leave again a broad tomorrow and wont return for another 8 weeks or so. Desperately need advice. Thank you
kind regards:A0 -
