How long does the £500 a month have remaining? If it is 18 months, then you will need it to go down as a commitment, if 1 month then it will probably get ignored, it is just where in the middle it falls.

Odd question about money from your husband to you, I have never had that one before. It seems like a strange question as you are married and a family unit. I would not worry about that too much, most people transfer money to their partners... In our family it seems to me transferring to my Mrs but not too much from her to me :-P

What is the average turn around on a remortgage? In your experience with Pepper? And have you had many AIP decline?? Thank you!!

I cant think of any cases declined after AIP was issued.
2-3 weeks is normal for an application with them.

Hi not sure why I'm getting myself so stressed ,what will be will be 😢, I've got to the stage I'm not eating or sleeping , we've sold our house .Got a broker whom conned us and took our money , police dealing with it and I don't wish to keep upsetting myself over it , making me sick , .We got our offer accepted on house to buy , scam broker set up solicitors for house we are buying and we've had all the searches done too because of him , so after a month of nothing being done , were holding up a chain there's 4 of us in total ,all we need is a mortgage offer we do have a AIP with pepper and right now are praying they can help as my situation is really desperate and need urgent help 😢😟

Hello All,
It took long even after searches came ok, but there was an issue with property title.


But yes, with the faith- it all paid off. got exchange the contracts and completion done on same day.
worht waiting. as someone did write the same,
we think Pepper takes ages but in reallity Solicitors takes long long time.
so, keep faith guys. things does work out..

Didn't think i would have any more Hassel now 😢 , we need to be out on Aug 2nd , have a new broker , thought all was going good , pepper now are being award with tax credits , were on automatic renewal , so will not be sent another award notice , I've queried this myself and now have proof on HMRC page ,our broker has printed it off to send to them , this has been going on since last Thursday 😢, the house we've had all our searches on is had to be put back on the market ,cause of the first scammer broker we had ,so month delay 😠😢, i don't see anyight at this tunnel , hubby's now upped his hours now like broker has advised

we had our valuation done on monday this week, still waiting for a report. BUT, the big problem is we offered 19,000 more than the asking price as we were so desperate to get the house (it went to best and final) but on the bright side we have a 30,000 deposit. is there any hope?
