    Another dig yes.

Careful yes not paranoid I am trying to help people are you? no, just critical like you were the other day.

You're going beyond helpful and careful, Poppy. You're actually entering the realms of defaming the name of this company. You don't know either way whether this company is reputable. To post that this is a scam and that this company is not reputable is dangerous. People have had enough help on how to protect themselves should they decide to go for it (pay by credit card, paypal, etc, etc). There is really no need to keep repeating the same thing over and over, especially when there is no proof backing you up (in fact, proof seems to be to the contrary).

I am entitled to a opinion.

I dont see this company advertise on web in other places or see others post how good it is, so no reputation or good after sales etc.

Think about it how can a company sell a tv far less than others.

Suit yourself buy the tv, lets hope it comes

You're entitled to your opinion. You are not entitled to defame. You clearly posted that musthave100 is not a reputable company. That's defamation if it turns out to be untrue.

Just because you haven't seen people posting their good experiences, or experienced this company yourself, doesn't mean it's all a con. If you'd bothered to read the thread on HDUK, you'd see a perfectly reasonable explanation from someone who used to deliver BEKO goods as to how and why this TV is so cheap.

    Hi everyone

I too have ordered one of these tvs. The company is registered with the Iinternet Shopping is safe website.

    http://www.internetshoppingissafe.co.uk/

Does anyone know if being registered on this site is worth anything??

However, i got thinking - TV price £100 free delivery.

Paypal charges 3.4% and say maybe £10 for delivery, making the company only about £87 per telly. Argos is selling them currently for £299. It does seem to good to be true ....

But then I have had some great bargains from this site - the disney Cars light/bin set reduced from £24.99 to 97p for example.

I edited my other post in 25 because you misunderstood me, what I meant was I never seen any good feedback or anyone bought from them that's what meant by reputable or reputation.

I admit I haven't seen anyone say they scammed me either, I am just going with what I have seen and instincts

Or recorded tape of call centre chatter...

    company reputable? no

So, you didn't say this company is not reputable? You didn't imply that the call centre noises heard by someone else on this thread when he phoned their customer services was just a recording?

The company is registered in the UK with Companies House. The domain name is registered to that company. Someone on HDUK has explained why this TV is so cheap and why there would be a large number of these TVs as grade A stock. Yes, I have gone for it knowing full well that I am protected should things go wrong.

I never said they use call centre noises as bogus only my post was that it has be known to be used as a con before "Or recorded tape of call centre chatter

Seen a con on tv on BBC3 when someone did that in a car asking for card details for a lottery scam"

Not that they have used it. I was mealy suggesting to be careful particularly at this time of year when your more vulnerable same as people on holiday

    Hello -

I've been viewing this website for about a week now.

Firstly I'd like to say hello to you all and a big well done for your hard work. This site has probably saved people 100's upon thousands of pounds. Good work.

Secondly this thread has had to make me register and sign up because enough is enough.

I used to work for Bridisco(BDC) which sold electrical goods to the trade. I was a delivery driver for them. From what I can remember with the Beko branded stock is as follows. It would leave the Beko factory (not always this country) and get delivered to our warehouses. From there it would then get picked and loaded to be brought to our local stores. From there it would then get picked and loaded into vans. We then drove to the shops where you as a member of public would buy it. By this stage the product has covered thousands of miles. If I get to the shop and the manager refused to accept the delivery due to bad/damaged packaging then a duplicate order would be made and the bad packaged stock would then return to the local store where it would then join a big pile of Beko products in the same situation. Once we had 4 vans worth we would then drive to the main returns depot to return the goods which was about........ 10 miles from Coventry! I would almost put my wages that every item in my van that was being return would be in 100% working order and that it would just have bad/damaged packaging. Beko are known in the trade for their shabby packaging. Take product, put in supports, wrap in cardboard, put tie wrap around it (which always fell off).

Sorry to waffle on but just thought I'd let you know. I really wouldnt worry, I've dealt with the company, seen the warehouses full of this bad/damaged packaging stock and there is LOADS of it! The product will be fine and you'll be destroying the packaging once it arrives anyway so who cares? We often got offered them at this price and cheaper. Unfortunatly I've left the trade but its OK as I still placed an order through this thread! Thats how much I believe in it.

Rant over. It'll all be OK. We will be watching our new TV's before we know it. If not follow me to the Beko packaging returns warehouse! whistling2.gif

It's nearly christmas and people are looking for bargains.

Basically you get nothing for nothing in this world, and if it seems too good to be true then it is.

I would be stunned if anyone receives this, but I hope you do.
