Maybe.Do you think they have they been put on hold because of this claim going to court?
No.so I don't request consolidation?
= you mean Claimant's.plaintiffs
Normal, as seen in every current Gladstones case. Sometimes they send a rep and sometimes not, but you must attend to have the best chance of success. Also in the covering letter, Gs state; "The assumption is that our client is not attending the hearing and therefore we kindly request this notice be treated as a notice pursuant CPR 27.9. However on some occasions our client may wish to attend and will do so."PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Everything is ready, the only problem I'm having is getting the video file from my phone, to my laptop so that I can then put onto a memory stick, the file is over 250mb and it is not sending over via email.
any tech guys who can advise or can I take my iphone or my laptop on the day of the hearing?
If taking it on the day of the hearing, does it matter that I have not sent a copy to GS? I am emailing GS my WS and all other evidence today.0 -

Bluetooth from your phone to your laptop. If you have Windows 10, there is a built in bluetooth app.
simply get your phone to talk to your laptop0 -

Do you know if I can I submit the video to GS, by putting a link for the icloud maildrop file on my email to them?0 -

Good, you can add the link, whether they will download it is another thing0 -
Email sent, folder handed in to County Court, court date 20th June.
Is there anything else I need to know between now and then?0 -

Open a nice bottle of wine:)0 -
That will not be acceptable. The Claimant will object to the video and the Judge will agree and refuse to accept it as evidence.missyjingles wrote: »Do you know if I can I submit the video to GS, by putting a link for the icloud maildrop file on my email to them?
It must be supplied to both the Court and the Claimant on what is called 'a durable medium'.
A durable medium is something that once sent cannot be changed by you.
Providing a link is not the same. You can change the content of the 'linked to' file at anytime.0 -
thanks KeithP, only just seen this as been at work all day, what if I zip/compress the file and supply it via email, pretty sure my deadline is today, court hearing is 20th, WS needs to be supplied 14 dys before, so maybe I can still supply this tomorrw?0

I doubt that would be acceptable either, you could i suppose send the video on a usb stick, although i am not sure a court would even accept that0
