AMAZING ???? The OP came here for help, struggling
to get answers, then being rude.
I think we are all out of this one0 -
Gilly, all the regulars on here know what they are talking about, they will help you, but if you can't follow simple instructions and reply to very simple questions you are going to have to go it alone.
If you can't do the above you will never match the PPC's onslaught of letters and they will tie you in knots, no one here has been off with you.
For the last time do you know who owns the car park (clue it won't be Smart) ?
What is the actual reason stated on the NTK that they issued the charge (clue it's nothing to do with their alleged right to issue a charge)?
What were the driver's actual arrival/exit times?
What does the NTK state were the ANPR arrival/exit times.?0 -
I'll sit back for the time being and see how this develops. What's wrong with posters over the past few days - right arsey lot of late!
They are so adrift of being able to sort this for themselves, yet become so very easily rude and offensive to those seriously wanting, voluntarily, to help them out of their predicament.
Beggars belief! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It states 'for the alleged breach of advertised terms and conditions within the car park. By either not purchasing the appropriate parking time or by remaining at the car park longer than permitted, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in signageWeasel_Watcher wrote: »What details does the NTK give of the alleged infringment? Thanks again, new to this and genuinely wanted advice not comments about pulling teeth (from other users... not you).
1) Car park owners unknown? Nothing on Google.
2) ANPR entry - 13:37OK, but my questions were:
1) Who owns the car park?
2) What was the ANPR entry time?
You have told us that Smart Parking are acting on behalf of the landowner.
Perhaps I should re-phrase 1) to be "who is the landowner?"0 -
Genuinely asked for help, not rude. Nor am I adrift or offensive, Perhaps reflect on your own responses - but thanks anyway.I'll sit back for the time being and see how this develops. What's wrong with posters over the past few days - right arsey lot of late!

Someone here may know
Have you searched the forum for the car park name?
The Land Registry will tell you for £3.00.
You could ask the local council who pays the non-domestic rates on that land.2) ANPR entry - 13:37The parking ticket shows valid until 14:48, and their picture shows the car leaving at 14:49.
Can you explain what happened in the eleven minutes between the ANPR camera spotting your arrival and your ticket purchase?
The PPC are alleging a twelve minute overstay.
You need to justify that.
The BPA Code of Practice allows grace periods at both entry and exit. You will need to acquaint yourself with those rules.0 -
Wow. Reading this, I'm exhaustipated.
To the o/p: I suggest you try harder if you want to defend.. You're at +/- 30 posts and havent even worked out from Google images, your recollection (or a chat with the driver) which retailer you might like to try and write to in order to rescind this. It's not complicated - but i can assure you it gets trickier.0
