You need to answer all the questions that regulars are asking - FULLY. Try having a go at those asked by Fruitcake, especially the one aboutthe 'infringement' Smart are accusing you of.
Are you a gym member?
Is there a requirement in the gym to enter your car registration number on an iPad?
If we have to 'pull teeth', we soon get backache. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is rather like pulling teeth. We now know it's next to a gym. Sadly my crystal ball doesn't tell me if the gym asks for a reg number or answer any of the other multiple questions asked.
Can I suggest reading the thread and answering the questions as fully and openly as possible. We can only give advice on the information we have and if the information is scant so is the advice.0 -
I've not asked you to reply. If more details were known about the gym - it would have been included. This is rather like pulling teeth. We now know it's next to a gym. Sadly my crystal ball doesn't tell me if the gym asks for a reg number or answer any of the other multiple questions asked.

What details does the NTK give of the alleged infringment? You still have not answered that.0 -
Who owns the car park?
What was the ANPR entry time?
1) Who owns the car park?
2) What was the ANPR entry time?
You have told us that Smart Parking are acting on behalf of the landowner.
Perhaps I should re-phrase 1) to be "who is the landowner?"0
