Work is crazy busy at the moment, it's difficult with all the time off, trying to keep up with everything. I'm enjoying the time off though
I put on 1/2lb yesterdayTwo weeks of gain now. Loads of people did yesterday and have been wondering if its the new scales as we have a different consultant. I think it's probably hormones for me this week. Must have a push to get a decent loss this week!
Little miss was sick this morning, so DH took the day off to look after her. Hopefully the rest of us miss it, it's the last thing we need!
I have cashed out again on PA :T I was trying to work out what I've got pending:
£50 You Gov
£40 One Poll
£73.55 TCB
£5 Lifepoints (amazon)
That's a nice lot of cash due, shame it's unlikely to arrive before holiday. At least it will help with getting school stuff sorted or mean I can get on with the house fund when I come back
A couple more things selling at the moment, and some more for DH too. He's prepped some more while he was home today as well.
Hope everyone has a good weekend."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Woo hoo! You Gov cash arrived today :T Along with a £5 amazon voucher. I've cancelled that survey site now too, I get screened out far too often, so it takes too long to cash out. I'm down to about 4 sites now, happy with that.
Bought some new headphones with the amazon voucher, already had one in there so no cash requiredMy headphones only work in one ear so have been needed for a while.
Little miss was off with a bug on Friday - my anxiety didn't trigger at all :T DH stayed with her and I was at work. I then came down with it Friday night. It was a bizarre one, I was fine until about 2 minutes before, very ill for an hour or so and then it cleared again! Felt a bit groggy on Saturday but otherwise it was really quick which was a relief.
Apart from a visit to the library we had a relatively quiet weekend. Went to the car boot on Sunday and bought little miss a needed jacket, after realising her current one is way too small! and a dress. Also a small toy for little jwil and only paid £1.50 for the 3 :T
We then went to Halfords and bought a bike handle to attach to little jwil's bike. It means we can hold onto it while he's learning to ride without us doing our backs in. It was £20 and well worth it as we can use it for little miss too. Little jwil is finally getting there. A bit more practice and confidence building and he should be there.
Today I have tackled the porch and given it a good clean and tidy. It looks much better in there now and there is more space!
DH sold a few more items this weekend, it's nice to see it all going.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Yes, really pleased, it's something else I don't have to purchase now :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Little jwil has the bug now
Luckily I'm off anyway, and yet again, thank goodness it's now before we go away!
So quiet day at home today. Lots of cleaning and bleaching planned"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
