4 slices of wedding cake and 2 pregnancy tests? What did you do with them?

Cannot believe how much you've cleared off the mortgage! You'll be sub 100k in no time.

And well done on being more relaxed and throwing yourself into having fun with the kids. Overall jwil you're doing brilliantly! Xxxx

Haha binned them, the cake must have been manky and I have no plans for needing any pregnancy tests ever again! :D

It's nice to see the mortgage going down, especially as I'm not really overpaying. Once I manage to start it should go down nice and quickly!

Oh and hobby craft do photo boxes that are brilliant for storing your standard 6x4s. Save you sorting out photo albums... same job I've been putting off 6 years lol x

Oh brilliant, thank you. I would like to get some decent boxes that will help protect them. I'm eventually going to scan them and make some photo books, but would like something decent to store the originals.

I think there's a good chance they'll still be there in 6 years time :rotfl: it's quite an overwhelming task! And that's not even thinking about the ones on the computer

Just cashed out £50 on You Gov :j :j :j Really hoping it takes less than 4 weeks to come through as I could do with it next month. I'm less than £2 away on one poll, must remember to keep checking!

Payday today hurrah! I've paid all the bills and got the money aside for the holiday. There's not a lot left so it will be another tight month. However, hopefully I can get back on track in September.

  • Your weight loss is brilliant jwil as is your debt and clutter busting. You've come so far since last year. You're a constant inspiration on 'how to roll up your sleeves and knuckling down'.

I'm having a decluttering time. I'm currently in a four bed and thinking of down-sizing so lots need to go. Had my first experience of using Zixxit and back to the bay of e.
  • I haven't been on here since April, what on earth happened?!?! You lost a ton of weight and you paid off a ton of debt?!?! Wow! What a lot you have to show for the past few months, you must be very proud of yourself. I'm sure you've done loads of decluttering too.

Wish I had had such a productive few months in regards to weight and money. Very inspirational.

Aww thank you lovely. I was just thinking of you! How are you getting on? Good luck with the decluttering.

Aww thank you very much :) I never see myself as particularly productive, it's nice to hear it sometimes :o

Not looking forward to SW tonight, I think I've got a gain :( I don't think I've been that bad, but I think last weeks result was a bit of a fluke and probably part caused by dehydration, so this week should be resetting really.

I must get a meal plan done. I'd really like to get my club 10 (10% of my weight lost) before I go to Orkney. I was 5lb away last week +/- whatever tonight's result is. It should be doable if I focus!

You are doing well on kicking the debt into touch and doing the decluttering. I've been skiving off the decluttering for a few days but need to go back to it.

I put on 3.5lb last night   I think my result last week was the fluke, I definitely didn't deserve that! :(

I resisted the urge to blow it all though and have stuck to plan last night and today. That puts me 8.5 lb away from club 10, I'll be surprised if I get that before Orkney but would like to get my 2st award.

I've looked at my finances for this month and am so skint :( It's starting to trigger my anxiety again. I'll just have to spend nothing where possible. I'll have a hunt around and see if I've got anything I can ebay. I am selling a couple of bits I listed last week. It's like being back in the bad old days :( I've already agreed a trip with the kids on Tuesday, but will take food from home.

It will be fine once we've been away, it's just the worry that I will need to spend something while we are away and don't have any 'spare' that's stressing me out.
