Thank you
I'm reading a book called 'constant craving' at the moment, not far into it, but they classify cravings into different categories. The description for mood eating was me down to a tee! There's a whole section in the library, so I just get whichever ones tickle my fancy. Most of them are diet plans, so whilst I won't follow the plan, I pick up on the enthusiasm!brizzlegirl wrote: »Hope you have a lovely week off and try not think about work too much,

I'm off now for a week :T Really looking forward to the break.
I've decided I'm not doing a to do list, just going to chill out, spend some time with the kids, and do whatever takes my fancy.
Little miss is in nursery today, so we walked over this morning (the kids scooted) and little jwil wants to chill out with Netflix today. He's been tired out so happy with that as it means I can chill out too!
Little miss will be home tomorrow and they've asked to go to the beach. It's due to be really hot tomorrow, so i think we'll go early and then try and get in the shade somewhere before it gets to the hottest part of the day.
I'm so glad I'm out of the office, the aircon isn't working and being stuck in a stuffy meeting room for 4 hours yesterday was painful! Everyone was drenched.
I sorted out 4 bags of stuff that has been hanging around for months the other day. Got a few bits to ebay and lots more to car boot/bin.
I need to sort through the kids clothes and get rid of some. Why does this seem to be a constant job! I need to figure out what I need to replace for little jwil's school uniform and what will do for a bit longer.
He got an amazing report, I was so proudHe's above his expectations for reading and maths :T . He's got the same teacher next year and I'm really pleased about that as she's done wonders with him this year. He's also got my first year primary school teacher as his TA
She is lovely too, and it's a small world!

It's lovely when the kids are doing well. They and we always produce too much stuff - decluttering is constant!! Enjoy some of the sun while it's here. Thanks for popping over to my diary too.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I know, it's crazy. I think I've done their clothes and then all of a sudden they need doing again!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hey everyone
We had a lovely day yesterday, went down to Exmouth on the train with the kids and met up with my bestie and her son. The kids had a whale of a time playing on the beach and loved the train rides too.
At SW last night I lost 3lb and got slimmer of the week :T :T I also found out this morning I've been nominated for woman of the year inmy group which is a huge surprise! I'm 1lb away from 2st loss now and 5lb away from my club 10 award as well. It would be nice to get them both before I go to Orkney.
Been shopping this morning and chilling for the rest of the day now. I got sunburnt on my legs yesterday when I rolled up my trousers and forgot to put suncream on! That was hurting last night, and combined with the heat, meant I had a really rubbish night's sleep so am shattered.
I'm glad it's not so hot today, it's funny to think I'm craving feeling a bit chilled :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
