    Glad the fete was good.

Run was good thanks, but yep it was hot! May go again today just to try and get into some kind of routine.

Not much to report here really. It's a tight month again this month. I must look at finding some stuff to ebay

We've all got the dentist tomorrow, hoping that is just a check up fee for me

I found a series of low impact HIIT videos on prime so I've started doing those to get some toning done. They are only 10-15 minutes, so I've got no excuse!

I'm sleeping terribly at the moment :( That's the one thing that was really nice when I was on the previous lot of meds. I slept so well with them.

  • Wow you did amazingly well on the cleaning front and some impressive de-cluttering totals too :T.

It's horrible when you can't sleep, sometimes your mind just won't let you switch off. Or is it more physical symptoms? I expect you've tried all the usual things like a hot bath before bed, reading a book before bed, writing down your worries, avoiding caffeine in the evening, etc?

I slept better last night thankfully. I'm not really sure what it is! I just wake up in the middle of the night wide awake and struggle to get back to sleep.
