IS this possible? I email sister my appeal, with attachments of pics and then she cut and paste to pdf file, individually attach pics to where ive put "insert pic 2" etc.

Then could i also go to popla site open and input data, leave unfinished. then let sister log in and attach pdf file and send??? sorry if this sounds stupid!

No that's not possible, so why can't she log in as if she is you?

I've done that umpteen times for people and I NEVER say I am appealing 'on behalf of' someone - I am just ''them'' and I write in their details.

You really need a word processing software forum, not a private parking forum, to really sort the tekkie bits of this out.

think I may have sorted it via converter file website.
so not in documents but stored in "THIS PC". IS this ok when uploading to popla?

Sorry just hoping this is simple question. and this is ok, then I may have a chance to do it myself.

Yes is MUST be all uploaded at once. You CANNOT add more later.

That's why I said she will have to do it.

ok understand. thanks. my last question is can I submit more than 1 file to popla….(at same time I upload 1st file). reason is when I convert to pdf, I cant edit and insert pics to my appeal. so I thought can I send more files( like u can on ppc appeals website when u press "add more"). thanks

P.S I went to popla site and input my popla code to see if my case has closed, and it took me to next section so I take it its still ok. I have not filled anything else in. ill be able to do later?

You write your appeal, add your pics to it and THEN create your .pdf which you then upload to POPLA

thought I couldn't add pics to wordpad.. just worked out I can....dam all last min for me!!
