    Has anyone else had problems with surveys being littered with errors lately so you can't complete them?

  • What do posters think about this. I have just checked my bank today and been paid a duplicate payment from Opinion Bar. Do I email them or wait for them to contact me about the error. I have put the money to oneside
  • Just wondered if anyone is having problems cashing out? When I click 'Confirm payment' nothing is happening, been trying the last few days, never had a problem before. Sent emails, no reply as yet.

    I think it is worth logging in regularly - I have completed 3/4 surveys the last couple of days - usually I am lucky if I complete 3/4 per month when replying to emails.

    update they didn't pay me so I contacted them through a facebook page its not called opinion bar though, I was helped by another member on here who found out how to contact them.

    They say they are looking into it> Odd.

    Hey everyone, I couldn't see an active OpinionBar discussion so I thought I'd start one.

    The surveys seem to pay out quite high and all seem to be about £1

    I just re-joined OpinionBar after 9 years :o:o:o

    I had £9.25 in my account and I just did a £1 survey (which was actually fun) and now I have requested payment.

    It is great they kept the money on my account all this time, I hadn't used it since 2009 prior to this!

    I am happy to be getting the money :D

  • I've been trying to cash out for the last week. I answer the captcha and do as I've always done and the page just keeps giving me the turning waiting symbol for hours before telling me I didnt say I'm not a Robot - I did!

    Now tried sending a message to the Helpdesk and got "Access denied".

    Anyone experiencing similar and had a solution.

    Never had a problem before

    I have had exactly the same problems for about a week now. Been trying to cash out but just get the spinning wheel, and on attempting to contact Helpdesk I got "access denied"
    I couldn't think how else to contact them so I sent a DM on Twitter to Metrixlab, the parent company. They gave me an email address (Kathy@opinionbar.com) and I messaged her on Thursday. She replied the following day stating
    "Thank you for being a member of Opinion Bar!
    We regret for the inconvenience this has caused you. However, we are working on the Opinion Bar website, as there are some issues with the site, Once it is up and running we would intimate you
    Hence, we request your patience in this matter please,
    For further queries you can send an email to me @ kathy@opinionbar.com"

    I have been checking several times a day and still getting the spinning wheel, so I have emailed her again today asking if there is any idea when the maintenance will be completed.
    Not heard back yet.

    Just an update, I have tried again tonight to cash out my earnings and after 30 seconds or so of the spinning wheel, I have finally managed to get the order through! And a message "Payment order received. You will receive an email once your payment is processed "
    So maybe try again now and see if you can sort yours out.
  • I had problems with them and they never reply to support tickets,, so tracked down their sister company on facebook, who contacted them Metrixlab
