  • At last success!

After contacting the Helpdesk again they have changed the way you can enter your bank details, so it now takes an 8-digit number.

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions and advice.

Can anyone help - this is the only thread I've found on this subject so sorry for resurrecting it.

I'm trying to request my (first ever) payment from Opinionbar and it's not working. I've entered my details (can't see where you put IBAN or anything so just done the basic details like you'd do in the UK). When I try to request a payment, it flashes up with "The payment request failed, please try again later. "

I've tried different browsers, no luck. Any ideas, anyone?

No, not yet. I thought there might be an obvious solution first. :D

I am wondering if the website some how is linked to the 'german' payment - which might need 9 digits.

    The error I get is:
Waar kunt u uw 9-cijferige kaartnummer vinden?

I believe it means 'no you need a 9 digit number'.

It's Dutch and translates as 'Where can you find you find your 9 digit card number'?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've sent a message via the helpdesk but have had no response in about 4 days. Have just tried again.

I sent them an email today, and have already had a reply, saying that there was a glitch but it's sorted now.

I've been able to request the payment now :j:T Let's see how long it will take to come through though...

I received a payment from OpinionBar about a week. It took about a month from the request going in. :)
  • Has anyone done this and received the reward yet?

I completed this a week before Christmas and was getting a bit concerned as I hadn't heard anything back from them. I emailed them over a week ago asking and all they could say is we are not sure, we will let you know, when we know.

How long do they expect me to wait  its been way over a month now. I know it is only a fiver, but I have gone out of my way for them, waiting in for the delivery, testing a new bottle on my baby, organising for UPS to come and collect the thing and then completing a survey and not even being allowed to keep the product.

    A bit annoyed

I didn't do that survey but have found their customer service to be nonexistant when I've emailed them about a survey which didn't credit properly - got no response to several enquiries.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
